First of all, I apologize for putting this post here since it is technically relevant, but I could not find a better place to put this. Getting straight to the point, we need to get more people interested in the forum. If you guys have any ideas on how to spread the word, please put them as a reply. I will currently go to reddit and post this on several vr and Sao related subreddits. I believe that if we want to speed up research and progress than the best course of action would be to get a larger base of members on the forum. Please spread the word of this forum.

Simple, there is as much fanfictions websites as drops of water in an ocean, so you either mention the link while saying something like "wish vrmmorpg is real /link here" in as many vr stories as you can find (try to not rush it, because some angry moderator might ban you) or just create a post in japtem or royalroad, and many will be interested (even if they are not knowledgeable, they do carve knowledge) hope that it helped, and now i'm on my way to do what i mentioned

Spartan1016: I think that lucid dreaming may take longer though, we understand so little about dreaming. Another thing is that we still move while in REM. Another concern is the fact that it would take a while to relax the body to that state and waking up randomly Dec 5, 2017 12:48:00 GMT -5

Spartan1016: I think the government might start to fund these projects b/c of military uses such as battle sims and in training. Medical uses too. I think that our biggest problem is paralyzing the body which we can try to do by inducing sleep paralysis. Dec 5, 2017 12:49:56 GMT -5

EllesarDragon: didn't find these forums until recently, however I have individually been working on finding a cheap device capable of doing kind of what the nerve gear does while still staying rather safe and very cheap to make. May 14, 2022 16:13:40 GMT -5

EllesarDragon: right now it can tapof/extract your movement/movement signals and it can also prevent your physical body from actually moving significantly. most other things such as feeling and such are still not really to well designed and tested. May 14, 2022 16:15:13 GMT -5
